We accept returns or exchanges on most in-stock merchandise within 14 business days of receipt of purchase. All merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging. We cannot accept items that have been used, laundered, or soiled.
All custom or special orders are non-refundable so please choose carefully. When placing a special order or a custom order, we encourage you to speak with a member of our expert sales team to ensure you are making the best choice. All returns will be refunded to the original form of payment, less shipping. Please note, if items are not in saleable condition, they may incur a restocking fee. Any taxes that were charged on the original order will be refunded according to the product and state law.
